Spend your vacation in our newly converted holiday house (DHH) in a quiet location with a view into the green - perfect for couples and for families.

The holiday home impresses with its generous, sun-flooded living room with fitted kitchen and modern dining area and beautifully restored floorboards. It has two bedrooms with ample storage space. A large sofa invites you to relax and watch TV and can also be used as an additional sleeping option. Shower and toilet are each separately accessible from the bathroom. The cottage has electric exterior blinds.

Relax on the sun terrace and listen to the birdsong and stork rattles
Overlooking the organic orchard behind the house where our 3 soay sheep graze.

They live in the quiet, green idyll and are nevertheless in a good 10 minutes at Lake Constance.

The holiday home can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
It is rented since July 2017.

Alles schön und gut: Lage, Blick, Ausstattung, Kontakt zu der freundlichen Vermieterin. ABER: Es handelt sich keineswegs wie beschrieben und bebildert um ein FerienHAUS! Sondern um eine von mehreren Wohnungen in einer ehemaligen SchreinerWerkstatt. Und vom Nachbarn hört man in einem der Schlafzimmer morgens um 5 Lärm aus einem Bad o.ä. Leider haben wir einen entsprechenden Hinweis eines Gastes vor ein paar Jahren nicht ernst genommen. "Ferienhaus" - glatt gelogen. Sonst ok.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Super schöne Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen Hinterland vom Bodensee, mit allem, was man braucht. Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal da (Mischung aus Ferien und Familienbesuch). Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Fantastischer Blick! Altheim ist sehr hübsch und ein guter Standort für Ausflüge aller Art. Besondere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben zu zweit eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Im Haus haben wir alles wie erwartet und in der Beschreibung angegeben vorgefunden. Die Unterkunft ist schön in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wundervolle Idylle - sehr schöne Unterkunft

Absolut zu empfehlen, ideal für 2-4 Personen. Hochwertige Einrichtung mit komplett ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein, vieles ist mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Schönes Haus mit Garten und Ausblick ins Grüne, wir habens genossen. Die Region hat einiges zu bieten, im Sommer vorallem Baden im nahen Schlosssee in Salem (perfekt für Kinder) und der Bodensee ist auch nicht weit. Obwohls eine heisse Woche war konnte man das Haus nachts immer gut lüften. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Kommen bestimmt wieder mal ins Linzgau!

We had a great holiday

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Gertrud is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful. There is a great view from the house and a nice and quiet garden. The surroundings are beautiful and there is plenty to do and see. The children were also sorry to leave and we hope to come back one day!

Perfekte Urlaubsidylle

Das Ferienhaus bezaubert durch die wundervolle Lage im LInzgau, sehr ruhig, aber Bodensee und viele andere Attraktionen sind bequem und schnell erreichbar. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und gestaltet, alles blitzsauber, behaglich. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem: SEHR zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Alles andere als ruhig

Die FeWo grenzt an eine Logopädie-Praxis mit ständigem Publikumverkehr. Dank der dünnen ist man nicht nur jederzeit darüber informiert, was in Toilette und den Schlafzimmern vor sich geht, sondern eben auch in der Praxis. So idyllisch die auf den Fotos gezeigte Seite der FeWo zu den Wiesen hin ist, so hässlich ist der Vorderseite mit einem heruntergekommenen Bauernhof als Gegenüber. Dort wird auch eine Schnapsbrennerei betrieben, deren Rauch ständig zu uns herüberwehte. Außerdem waren die Schlafzimmer (unangenehm harte, mutmaßlich durchgelegene Matratzen) zur Dorfstraße hingelegen und davor noch Parkplätze, so dass wir regelmäßig äußerst früh geweckt wurden. Dazu trugen auch zwei aktive Bauprojekte in unmittelbarer Nähe bei. Schade. Sehr schade. Denn innen ist die FeWo wirklich schön (außer die Betten). Aber eben nichts für Ruhebedürftige.

Stilvolle FeWo - Komfort verbesserungswürdig

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, leider waren die Stühle am Esstisch und auf der Terrasse für uns - um die 80 - sehr hart. Es fehlten angemessene Sitzkissen. Der auf einem Bild abgebildete Segeltuch-Sessel fehlte. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts einen Relax-Sessel angeboten, der sehr bequem war. Bei einem Telefonat vor der Buchung und entsprechender Nachfrage bestand dieses Angebot leider nicht.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in toller Umgebung mit herzlicher Gastgeberin

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kindern (7/10) eine super schöne Zeit im Haus unserer liebevollen Gastgeberin. Das Highlight der FeWo ist der helle große Wohnraum mit dem traumhaften Blick über die Apfelfelder, die bei unserem Besuch Mitte/Ende April in voller Blüte standen. Auch die Sonnenterrasse mit Ausrichtung nach Südwesten ist traumhaft. Alles Nötige ist im Haus vorhanden und wenn wir etwas brauchten, half uns unsere Gastgeberin sofort aus. Das I-Tüpfelchen der Gastfreundlichkeit war der selbst gebackene Geburtstagskuchen am Abfahrtstag (vielen Dank dafür, er war sehr lecker). Die Lage der FeWo - rund 10 min. Autofahrt vom Bodensee entfernt - ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Meersburg, Pfahlbauten Uhldingen, Affenberg Salem, Parks und Seepromenade in Überlingen). Auch für tolle Wanderungen ist Altheim ein guter Ausgangspunkt (z.B. Panoramawege Heiligenberg und Churfirsten-Runde bei Sipplingen). Zum Einkaufen gibt es im Hauptort Frickingen einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt und einen super Bäcker. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und wenn es uns nochmal an den Bodensee verschlägt, buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Obstbaugebiet

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Frickingen/Altheim ein paar Kilometer nördlich von Überlingen. Hier hat man einerseits die schöne Lage (etwas abseits von den Touristenströmen direkt am See), kann aber alle Orte am nördlichen Seeufer (Meersburg, Unteruhldingen/Mainau, Überlingen...) in kurzer Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. In zwei Schlafzimmern können hier 4 Personen bequem unterkommen. Auch an Familien mit Kindern ist gedacht - es gibt entsprechende Möbel und ein Kinderbett. Morgens und Abends kann man gut auf der überdachten Terasse sitzen und die Aussicht auf den Garten und die umliegenden Apfelplantagen genießen. Nur an Mückenschutz sollte man denken - die Natur ist eben nicht weit weg... Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Urlaub von der Stadt

Ein schönes charaktervolles Feriendomizil - die Vermieter sind Schreiner - in angenehmer Dorfrandlage mit schöner Aussicht. Im Dorf gibt es alles, was Urlauber brauchen: einen guten Gasthof, einen Hofladen, einen Bäcker, einen traditionellen Bauernhof mit Kühen, sogar Störche klappern nebenan. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet und gepflegt. Einzig das Bad könnte geräumiger und heller sein. Alles in allem: rundum empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Herrliche Aussicht durch die vielen Fenster. Beim Kochen kann man die Wildschafe beobachten und hat Blick auf ein Storchennest. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Alles super!

Super zum einfach nur SEIN

Tolles Häuslein aus Holz mit einer super Lage....beim Zähneputzen schaut man aus Grüne und kann die rechts brütenden Störche beobachten. Auch auf Toilette schaut man auf einen wunderschönen Baum....so macht "Fernsehen" Spaß!!! Die Vermieterin ist total liebenswert und ist bei jedem Anliegenden mit einem offenen Ohr bei Seite.
