Spend your vacation in our newly converted holiday house (DHH) in a quiet location with a view into the green - perfect for couples and for families.

The holiday home impresses with its generous, sun-flooded living room with fitted kitchen and modern dining area and beautifully restored floorboards. It has two bedrooms with ample storage space. A large sofa invites you to relax and watch TV and can also be used as an additional sleeping option. Shower and toilet are each separately accessible from the bathroom. The cottage has electric exterior blinds.

Relax on the sun terrace and listen to the birdsong and stork rattles
Overlooking the organic orchard behind the house where our 3 soay sheep graze.

They live in the quiet, green idyll and are nevertheless in a good 10 minutes at Lake Constance.

The holiday home can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
It is rented since July 2017.

Besondere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Über zwei Wochen ist unser Aufenthalt nun her und ist geprägt von positiven Erinnerungen. Wir fanden eine besondere Unterkunft vor, mit besonderer Einrichtung und Ausstattung und einer sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin. Vielen Dank Frau Steinhauser-Gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Haus im Grünen

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben zu zweit eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Im Haus haben wir alles wie erwartet und in der Beschreibung angegeben vorgefunden. Die Unterkunft ist schön in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wundervolle Idylle - sehr schöne Unterkunft
Absolut zu empfehlen, ideal für 2-4 Personen. Hochwertige Einrichtung mit komplett ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein, vieles ist mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Garten
Schönes Haus mit Garten und Ausblick ins Grüne, wir habens genossen. Die Region hat einiges zu bieten, im Sommer vorallem Baden im nahen Schlosssee in Salem (perfekt für Kinder) und der Bodensee ist auch nicht weit. Obwohls eine heisse Woche war konnte man das Haus nachts immer gut lüften. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Kommen bestimmt wieder mal ins Linzgau!

We had a great holiday
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Gertrud is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful. There is a great view from the house and a nice and quiet garden. The surroundings are beautiful and there is plenty to do and see. The children were also sorry to leave and we hope to come back one day!

Perfekte Urlaubsidylle
Das Ferienhaus bezaubert durch die wundervolle Lage im LInzgau, sehr ruhig, aber Bodensee und viele andere Attraktionen sind bequem und schnell erreichbar. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und gestaltet, alles blitzsauber, behaglich. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem: SEHR zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Alles andere als ruhig
Die FeWo grenzt an eine Logopädie-Praxis mit ständigem Publikumverkehr. Dank der dünnen ist man nicht nur jederzeit darüber informiert, was in Toilette und den Schlafzimmern vor sich geht, sondern eben auch in der Praxis. So idyllisch die auf den Fotos gezeigte Seite der FeWo zu den Wiesen hin ist, so hässlich ist der Vorderseite mit einem heruntergekommenen Bauernhof als Gegenüber. Dort wird auch eine Schnapsbrennerei betrieben, deren Rauch ständig zu uns herüberwehte. Außerdem waren die Schlafzimmer (unangenehm harte, mutmaßlich durchgelegene Matratzen) zur Dorfstraße hingelegen und davor noch Parkplätze, so dass wir regelmäßig äußerst früh geweckt wurden. Dazu trugen auch zwei aktive Bauprojekte in unmittelbarer Nähe bei. Schade. Sehr schade. Denn innen ist die FeWo wirklich schön (außer die Betten). Aber eben nichts für Ruhebedürftige.

Stilvolle FeWo - Komfort verbesserungswürdig
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, leider waren die Stühle am Esstisch und auf der Terrasse für uns - um die 80 - sehr hart. Es fehlten angemessene Sitzkissen. Der auf einem Bild abgebildete Segeltuch-Sessel fehlte. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts einen Relax-Sessel angeboten, der sehr bequem war. Bei einem Telefonat vor der Buchung und entsprechender Nachfrage bestand dieses Angebot leider nicht.

Grünes Paradies
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Sehr gute Lage abseits vom Trubel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bodensee, Rad- und Wanderwege - alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Frau Steinhauser-Gut ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!
