The location next to a gorgeous beach was great, the property itself was extremely dated. The most disappointing element of the stay was the poor concierge. The woman running the desk was very unhelpful and unknowledgeable about local excursions, bike rentals etc. and No WiFi in the room! Ughh

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with the concierge was not pleasant. First, let us express our sincere apology on behalf of the Resort. We wish to inform you that this issue has been brought to the attention of the General Manager and is being addressed in order to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future with the Tour Desk. The Resort offers free WiFi in the Lobby and other public areas; however, it is not offered in the rooms. Once again accept our sincere apologies.
