Anniversary Trip

My husband and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and decided to revisit Fredericksburg, where we spent our honeymoon. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs! It's within walking distance to the main street and nestled in a quiet little neighborhood perfect for taking a walk. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and the house has everything one would need for their stay!

Family fun time in the cutest house!

My husband and daughter decided to take a Mother’s Day trip to Fredericksburg! The house was so cute! It was clean, cozy, and fun. The location was in a great spot. The beds were comfy! We would go back again!

Perfect Relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg

We had a wonderful stay at the pet friendly Lazy Dog retreat in Fredericksburg, Texas this past Spring Break weekend.The house was immaculate, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The large back yard was a favorite hang out of our dog, who entertained herself for hours stalking the squirrels who playfully teased her from the beautiful pecan tree branches. We relaxed and enjoyed the comfortable seating around the firepit and covered back porch.Main Street was a short walk away, and we strolled to local coffee shops with our dog as well as hiked to the nearby Cross Mountain Park. We went on excursions to Enchanted Rock, the Wild Seed Company, and Rhinory, which were very easy drives of less than thirty minutes.My husband was very pleased to see the record player, and took the opportunity to listen to several records from the provided library. It was fun.

Fredericksburg Fun

We spent Mar. 12-16 at this lovely home. While accurate, I don't feel the pictures do the home justice. It is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. The beds were dreamy, the linens were soft as butter, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The yard is large and was perfect for our two dogs. We walked to Main Street several times. We would stay here again in a minute. Thank you for hosting our family vacation.

Ford Family Haus

We had the best time. This is a gorgeous house and no detail has been overlooked. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the neighborhood is very quiet. This house was very dog friendly for us, too. I would definitely stay here again.

“Fall” in love with Fredericksburg

Beautifully appointed home close to Historic Downtown Fredericksburg. Comfortable beds along with everything you could need at home away from home. Saw deer while walking neighborhood. Enjoyed the German food. Definitely a visit again property.

Beautiful Property

This was a beautifully appointed property located within walking distance of Main St in Fredericksburg. This pet friendly home was perfect for a stay with another couple and our 2 dogs. The property is fenced in and offers no worries about our precious furry children escaping. It was clean and had plenty of amenities - coffee, bath soap, spices, etc. We were a little stunned that the owner retained part of the security deposit for 'dog hair' when it was not requested that we vacuum before leaving.

Perfect Get-away

What a perfect beautiful home to stay in for our trip to Fredericksburg. We brought our pups and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch while they roamed and explored the yard. The house was equipped with everything you would need. Coffee to start your day, seasonings if you care to cook, pet bowls and a wine rack which the first bottle is on the house (nice touch). It was close enough to Main that we walked over to Hondo’s one evening and listened to live music on the patio. Highly recommend this home and look forward to our next visit.

Great home for family trip

A great home for our family trip to Fredericksburg! Very cute, clean, and well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Even my dad, who is a very picky traveler, was very impressed. We are four adults in our sixties. Had a very nice relaxing weekend vacation. The house was a perfect size and was decorated in a very nice and stylish way. We were very comfortable inside and outside. We spent a good deal of time sitting and talking on the back porch. Loved the large trees situated in a very nice clean neighborhood. We would rent again.
