Truly amazing hotel. Clean, friendly place with comfortable bed and a wide variety of breakfast items. My only complaint would be the noisy HVAC unit, but so far every single place I have been to had the same issues.

Paper wells - yummy breakfast.

The only negative thing I came away with was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We were very aware of conversation in neighboring rooms as well as in the hallway. The breakfast was among the better hotel breakfasts we have encountered - nice going!

Very nice, accommodating check in staff. Given a room in the location requested. Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Love the pillow top mattress. We like the separation of the sink/ toilet shower area. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many options. Room and table as were cleaned continuously. Helpful staff in the dining room. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The front desk was amazing. We were traveling to Florida just before hurricane Milton and needed more time in Fredericksburg and she was not only friendly but also very professional and kind. She booked us for 2 more nights and got us a very nice room. I would recommend this place.
