The Space:

As late autumn settles over the valley, you can watch the season shift across the Continental Divide while settling into a warm, inviting retreat. Evenings often feel made for unhurried moments - a soak in the hot tub beneath the cold sky or time by the indoor fireplace as snow begins to dust the surrounding peaks.

Outdoor living
A spacious deck overlooks meadow and mountain scenery, offering an easy connection to the quiet of the Fraser Valley. In winter, the groomed cross-country ski loop runs, giving you effortless access to snowy adventures. After time on the trails, the private hot tub provides a comfortable place to unwind in the brisk mountain air. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture are available, though this time of year most guests gravitate toward cozy fireside gatherings indoors.

Spacious gathering areas
Inside, tall ceilings and large windows fill the living room with natural light and frame views of the landscape. A gas fireplace anchors the space, creating a comfortable spot for conversation, reading, or watching TV. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen so everyone stays part of the moment. The dining table offers plenty of room for shared meals, and the kitchen is equipped with what you need for preparing everything from hearty breakfasts before heading out to warm evening dishes after a day in the cold.

Entertainment and games
The lower-level game room brings everyone together for indoor fun. Foosball, PAC-MAN, shuffleboard, and a game console offer options for all ages, while board games provide an easy way to settle in after a day outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 12 across three levels. On the main floor, a primary suite features a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a glass-enclosed tile shower. The upper level includes a queen bedroom with a shared full bath, along with a loft that offers a twin bed and a twin trundle. On the lower level, a second primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bunk room on the same floor features a twin-over-full setup with an attached bath.

Comfort and convenience
You’ll have an in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, heating, ceiling and portable fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Outdoor parking is available, and there is access to a pool. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple.

Set just two miles from downtown Winter Park and four miles from Winter Park Resort, the home keeps you close to shops, dining, and year-round activities. As the weather turns colder, skiing, cross-country trails, and fireside evenings take center stage, making this mountain retreat a comfortable base for your seasonal adventures.
