Somos da Bahia e demos de presente à nossa filha uma viagem de 6 dias para Fortaleza. Optamos pelo estúdio quádruplo e a escolha não poderia ter sido melhor: o quarto é mega confortável, tudo novinho, extremamente limpo e muito bem equipado. O atendimento merece um destaque especial. Toda a equipe é maravilhosa, com funcionários atenciosos, simpáticos e muito prestativos. Um ótimo exemplo disso foi na nossa chegada: o hotel possui estacionamento limitado (sujeito à disponibilidade) e não havia vagas no momento do nosso check-in. Tivemos que parar em um local próximo, mas o funcionário foi extremamente solícito e se prontificou a reservar uma vaga para nós assim que ocorresse o primeiro checkout. Isso fez toda a diferença! Além disso, o café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte! Super diversificado, com ótimas opções sem glúten e sem lactose, além de tapioca e crepioca feitas na hora. Um verdadeiro sucesso! Para completar o encantamento, no dia do aniversário da minha filha, a equipe preparou um mimo inesquecível: surpreenderam-na com um bolinho logo pela manhã! Nossa experiência foi tão positiva que minha filha até brincou dizendo que queria morar lá. Certamente escolheremos o Hotel Luzeiros em nossas próximas oportunidades na cidade!
