• The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs. We are also not responsible for injuries caused due to bunk beds, guests are cautioned to be mindful on the bunk beds.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

Pet Policy:
We welcome pets (cats and dogs only), subject to size restrictions. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and ensure the applicable pet cleaning fee is added to your reservation prior to booking.
If pets are brought without prior notice or not included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Secure Check-In & Guest Protection:
All guests complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a small required non-refundable guest protection waiver. This policy helps maintain building standards/regulations and provides added protection for guests throughout their stay.

Parking:
Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.
