Employees were very polite and easy to work with even though it seemed a bit shortstaffed, but that’s the case everywhere you go. Room air conditioning did not work or made a noise the whole night. Sliding door out to deck was broken and on top of that extremely heavy and difficult to open.

A Memorial Day Weekend Overnight stay

We had a great stay. The only negative was that the elevator closest to our room was out of order, but there was another one, so that wasn't a huge inconvenience. The property was clean, and the staff was wonderful! Beds are very comfortable, and the room was very clean. All in all, a great stay!

We took a road trip and stayed in several hotels. Usually I do not leave reviews if it was negative, but when I’m very pleased I will go out of my way to give positive feedback. I have to say this hotel was the absolute best! As soon as we walked in we knew it was nice and clean and then the front desk lady was very nice. We had a 1 bedroom suite facing the water and the hotel and room smelled wonderful. We slept so good that night in the comfy bed and woke up to a very nice breakfast bar with super nice staff tending it. There was scrambled eggs, sausage Pattie’s, variety of breads, oatmeal bar with many toppings, coffee bar with flavored creamers, machine with a variety of juices and water, and the beat pre-made waffles! We will definitely be staying here again. There was a full kitchen that you could make a simple meal with a full size fridge, a separate little living room with a desk, a big bathroom with delightful body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Very nice and I highly recommend.

Upon arrival on March 20, 2025, and settling into our room, we discovered a malfunctioning air conditioning unit resulting in water damage to the floor. We immediately notified the front desk, and were informed that maintenance would address the issue the following morning. The next morning, while our children were at breakfast, we overheard staff discussing the room's condition, though no one directly addressed the problem with us. Repair personnel arrived as we were preparing to leave for errands, and proceeded to remove the entire unit. This delayed our schedule. Upon our return, the repair was incomplete, and the air conditioning system was only blowing hot air, rendering our second night's stay extremely uncomfortable.
