There was a footprint and dried paint on the fitted bed cover in the master bed room.The walls were scraped up. The furniture was outdated.

Great place , view of beach and ocean will definetely stay again. The two queen beds in one room allowed for the kids to bring a friend loved it.

Workation stay

Great condo and location on the beach. Staff and on site management is accessible. I booked a second two weeks. The amenities are great too.

Great view easy stay

We went for a nice relaxing family vacation we didn't spend much time touring we only spent our time on the beach and at the pool. This place was perfect for that. Thank you.

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo was right on the beautiful FT Walton beach! It had a wonderful view and was steps away from beach access. I love that they provided chairs and an umbrella. The condo was super clean and exceeded our expectations!

Great place and location

One elevator was out during our stay. Property is nice. Condo was nice, well equipped and direct access to the beach. We will stay again

The view was partial, but pleasant. We had an issue with the lights but it was fixed quickly. We had some issues with the elevator going the wrong direction but never stuck. The chair service was excellent.

Summertime Fun

Condo was great! Beautiful view of beach from balcony. Great location. We had the best time soaking up the last bit of summer before kids heading back to school. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Just okay

Pros: Great location to the beach. Loved the pool Good location in FWB. Cons: The beds were TERRIBLE. One in the spare bedroom was so broken down in the center. They all need to be replaced. The couch was equally as broken down. Didn’t try the pull out mattress but I’m sure it would have been bad also. There was not enough pillows. The king size bed in the master only had two pillows(so 1/per person) and then just one extra in the whole condo, there would have been no pillows if the pull out couch was needed. -Not enough towels, there was one towel per person. We constantly were washing towels. -The glass shower door in the master bathroom was not on a track so it just kind of swung there. -Fans were loud and kind of shook -Under the beds were disgusting… like they haven’t been swept or mopped in awhile. Take it for what it’s worth to you: There is no ramp to the beach from the condo, just stairs, makes it hard to lug a wagon,etc. -not a ton of dishes or silverware…to me it wasn’t an issue but to others that were in my party, they did think it was an issue. -only one elevator and it’s SLOW. We did not contact the management office as we felt like our issues were not issues for them and more for the condo owner. We were not happy with our stay at this specific condo and would not recommend it, if new furniture was brought in, I think we would stay again. I would recommend Nautilus.

We were very impressed by how clean our unit was upon check in. The unit was well supplied for our vacation. Ease of access to beach was phenomenal.

I’m not in the best of health so that was important to me. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late but had no difficulty getting in due to the keyless code being sent to me. It was a great experience. We will be returning asap!

Clean, Nice Location but not so nice front desk lady (rude)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED the location, condo was very nice and clean. Upon check in I went to front desk and the lady checked me in as I grabbed brochures, i had questions as to where to park close to location of elevators, she pointed at the direction and brushed me off. So I left out of the office figuring she was busy. Only for her to follow me outside so she could smoke right outside the office door...that was what she was in a hurry to do. They didn't have a bag in the trash can and we went downstairs to front desk to get one and the same older lady working the front desk said "Well we aren't suppose to give you any, you are suppose to bring your own" ...well they didn't even have one in the first place. So Front desk is not inviting or smiling and apparently hates their job, as a Nurse I come across rude people daily but to PAY to stay somewhere and be treated rudely is a huge Turnoff. Maybe she was having a couple of bad days, who knows, but you should never treat guest anything less than professionally.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was mostly good. Elevators were very slow. I booked two condos. One for myself and one for my granddaughter and her three children. My room was okay. The kitchen floor needed a good cleaning. Had to get management to come up and look at the TV in the living room. Had to have new cables. Worked great after that. The only complaint my granddaughter had was the pillows in the main bedroom so we just went and bought two new pillows. Also the second bedroom and bathroom in my condo did not have any throw rugs so I bought my own to go in there. No matter how much you try you cannot keep the sand from being on the floors.
