Great Location near Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at the Beach House. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was fully furnished with anything you might need for cooking. The living areas were very comfortable. The entire house was spotless. This property is very well maintained. Anytime we had a question and messaged our host, he responded very quickly/. We'll be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway in Private Hutchinson Island Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hutchinson Island home! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The property feels very private and comes equipped with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The screened in pool is a fantastic touch, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly cozy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Spring break trip for family of 6. The house was great and had everything needed for a relaxing time together. The kids loved the heated pool. The beach was a short walk away. It was nice having lots of beach equipment and games.

Beautiful house in Ft Pierce! Extremely clean, close to the beach with everything you need for a getaway. The welcome kit was a nice touch. Definitely felt like a home-away-from home. We would love to return.

Christmas get away

Great time spending Christmas near family! Kids loved the pool and swam everyday. Location to beach and park were also great. Florida weather didn't cooperate, so wasn't very sunny or beach weather, but seeing ocean was great.

Outstanding Accommodation

My wife and I booked this home many months ago and as always hopeful that the home would be as advertised. David & Marilyn’s home was everything they promised and more. I for many years rented my beach home in Delaware prior to selling it. I’m quite aware of what a renter expects and I can attest they met and exceeded my expectations. They have looked after every detail. The home is also well located with easy beach access and proximity to dining. Their pool is very delightful. I highly recommend this home and would stay here for again certain.

It was beautiful with the landscaping and high ceilings. No detail was left to the imagination. These owners remembered what everyone else forgot. We’re thinking of already reserved it again for next year.

Absolutely Spectacular House

I have been renting vacation houses for our family trips for 20 years. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is in the very top few favorites of places we have ever stayed. I have never even left a review for any others before, but I felt I should leave my first one for this house - that’s how good it is. The owners are amazing. They were in contact from the moment we booked with a text welcoming us to the property and letting us know about special events going on in town the week we were visiting. They responded super quickly to any questions I had, and went above and beyond to arrange things for us that I wouldn’t have even expected them to do. Absolutely the best communication and super helpful accommodations I’ve ever had in a host. The house is perfect. Such high quality renovations done throughout that preserve a lot of the original character of this beautiful home, while still feeling fresh and clean and new. The pool is heaven. The big sectional and tv was a teen favorite. The dining area we used for games and puzzles all week. The shed has tons of pool toys and beach toys and a cooler and beach chairs and boogie boards and a nice beach cart. They thought of everything. The house is less than a five minute walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood. Super quiet beach, uncrowded, clean, and warm water even in April. Excellent beach. Great area. Wonderful house. Amazing owners. 10/10 would rent again.

A great vacation home

My family really enjoyed our time here. An amazing home with a quiet and convenient location. Beaches and an incredible playground are nearby. Huge spotless interior with a great kitchen and dining area. We really appreciated the heated pool and all the plantings around the property. Every contact with our host was pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay!

Amazing location, amazing property!

I would highly recommend this rental. My wife, our toddler and my parents stayed here for almost a week. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to an amazing playground, super quiet street. The house itself has a heated pool and very well equipped kitchen. The property manager was very supportive and responsive. I can't imagine a better rental, thank you!

Breathtaking

Let me first start with property management was the friendliest and accomodating ever. Do not let the curb view mistake the hidden one of a kind home that awaits you inside. We stayed here for the weekend my father was being buried at sea so there were a lot of tears, but at home. We were so relaxed, everything at our fingertips, a walk to the beach, a swim in the pool, a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Everything we could have needed and then some was provided and plenty of room for when you just needed to take a breath. If all of us try to get together again - we will be staying again. Thank you for helping our family during a trying time.

Perfect home for families ! Clean, bright, fun and equipped with everything!

We had the most incredible experience at this home. The place was spotless, had everything we needed and was perfect for our family gathering. So much space in the open concept. Pool was awesome and a huge hit for the kids. Communication was clear and abundant with the property managers! I recommend this home to anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation. Only recommendation would be for an extra garbage can to put at the curb. With a large group of people we constantly had garbage and the can issued by the town only held a few bags. First world problem but just a thought!!!

Stress free beach cottage

The ocean cottage was a perfect fit for our family holiday. This house easily accommodated my family of four as well as my sisters family of four. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The hosts were also extremely easy to work with. Check in & out was a breeze.

Fantastic house, great location, thoughtful owners

We rented this house to host my extended family for my dad's 82 birthday. The house was perfect for us with a very large, open floor plan in the living area and two full size dining areas/tables. The house was immaculately clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. The location is excellent with the beach just a few minutes walk away and the screened in pool was a great bonus. We will definitely rent this home again.

Long weekend Stay

My family was in town for an event at fort pierce. The location and neighborhood was beautiful and property was about 4 blocks from the beach. House was absolutely awesome and we very much enjoyed the stay. We loved the chairs and wagon for the beach. The owners were beyond helpful, and very welcoming, reaching out to me during to the stay to see how it was going and if I need anything. We will 100% stay here again, and highly recommend.
