Was not VRBO as advertised.
This was handled through an agent who was awful.They, ‘Paradise’, who were on site, were not there to provide the key or code, we were left to try and find them after flying for 20 hours. The seal on the fridge was hanging off when we arrived, and despite many complaints from us, it never got fixed whilst we were there. The t.v. never gave us adequate viewing, only Hot Wire, which came and went. The toilet seat was broken, fortunately they fixed it but we had to stay in to wait for the maintenance man. Only two easy chairs were in the condo, while two huge folded beds took over the living space which didn’t allow access to the garden, in fact the doors were permanently locked. We were promised by Paradise that, as we had so many problems , they would recommence us for one night. This has never happened. Stay clear of this place, most of our holiday was spent trying to sort out problems. We have stayed in Ocean Village many times and never had such bad treatment.
