Spacious ground floor condo in a well maintained, safe and quiet community. 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1,200 sq ft. Tastefully furnished and loaded with amenities.

Ideally located in the desirable Iona section of Fort Myers. Nearby stores and restaurants are open including a Publix supermarket, convenience stores and fast food and family style restaurants that will deliver.

The unit is comfortable and clean and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Fort Myers! The common spaces includes a nice big living room with a pull out sofa and a dining area. The bedroom has a king size bed with a firm mattress, a master bath and walk-in closet. The roomy kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishes, cookware and utensils. The screened-in lanai is a sweet spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or take in the changing light at sunset. The bedroom has wall to wall carpeting and the sitting area has hardwood floors. High speed wifi and air conditioning is included. Towels and linens are provided and there is a private washer/drier in the unit. The condo is turnkey and awaits your arrival!

The condo complex is one of the more desirable in Ft Myers; very well maintained and safe! You will have a dedicated parking space right in front of your ground floor condo. Enjoy full access to the community's amenities that includes a swimming pool, shuffleboard, a pool table and an outdoor barbecue area with seating and a charcoal grill.
