2021 built single family home. Beautiful 3 bedroom, office, 3 bathroom home in a gated community. Sleeps 10+. Huge lanai with private heated pool and hot tub. 10 minutes from RSW airport. Guests will have access to the entire home. Gourmet kitchen w/ 10 ft. island. Over-sized family room. Access to lanai from dining room, family room, master bedroom and 3rd bedroom. Access to bathroom from lanai. Office w/desk for those working remotely. Close to many golf courses, restaurants, shopping and beaches. TV's in all bedrooms, family room and lanai. Amenity center may be available for additional fee.

Fabulous Cold Weather Escape

Beautiful home in Southwest Florida! This home offered everything needed for a longterm stay: plenty of room and open space with all necessary amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the lanai with pool and jacuzzi. We truly appreciated our hosts hospitality. Laura and Bob were always available for questions or anything needed even on short notice. They provided guidance and shared many great places in the area to visit. We stayed the month of February and enjoyed the weather and location. Although there is no shortness of fun activities in the Fort Meyers area, we were able to visit friends in both Naples and Saint Petersburg in a short drive. We would definitely stay again. Great experience!!!

Our getaway to the Sun from New England

What can I say? This home is not only beautiful and comfortable , it feels like home. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need and were very responsive to any questions we had. This is a new home in a new neighborhood with ongoing construction further down the road. It’s immaculate, sophisticated and airy. The pool area, again beautifully decorated has a large lanai with dining and lounge area. The cabana bath is a bonus. Pool and jacuzzi temp was perfect. Love the sound system! We are home cooks and the kitchen has everything you need with brand new everything. Bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The primary bedroom bath is huge with a shower the size of my daughters nursery. The neighborhood is very safe, friendly and walkable. Surrounding area is quiet with some noise from the parkway and airport. We are fortunate to have spent about 5 weeks here. Our only regret is that it’s rented for next year.
