The place looks great from the outside. Until you get in the room and it’s 85 degrees. Tried calling the front desk four times, never being able to get through. Mind you, the room is a mile and a half from the front desk. On the fifth try, I waited about 20 minutes until they finally picked up. The maintenance guy came out quickly. Not sure what he did exactly, but he didn’t fix the temperature problem. Next day, I asked the front desk for more coffee. They said I needed to call from the phone. Really? Again? So, I did, and I waited…again. We were just about to leave for dinner when they answered. I asked if they could bring some coffee. They said they would, but I had to stay in the room and wait for it. Knowing we were about to leave, I asked if they could hang it on the doorknob. They said no. I bought some coffee at the store on the way home from dinner. All in all, I can deal with the place being older, and not as updated as what I am used to, but the sheer lack of willingness from the staff to actually help a customer, that I can’t overlook. I definitely will not be staying there again.

The staff is very helpful and helped us obtain the room that we wanted. We love the town of Weston and the swimming pool at Vacation Village at Bonaventure. The balcony was nice and the room was very spacious.

Old room and building, random unexpected resort fee, no shuttle to the room at 10 PM (had to call an uber to get to the room), no body towel in the room, and worst of all I got stuck in an elevator. Horrible experience.

My family and I booked a night to stay here for New Year’s Eve. The kitchen was well equipped, I was able to whip up a few snacks for us to eat. We rented the three bedroom unit, which was absolutely huge. We were not expecting 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a huge balcony. We all agreed we wanted to stay there again. It was very clean and quiet. The fold out couch in the living room was wonderful. The 10 AM checkout was kind of difficult, but I understand.

Elevator was not workojg oroperly. Had to use stairs on many occassions. The electricitt went out in n the building while the other buildingnon the same property had power. Rooms were stuffy which triggerred sinus issues with four of the family members in the room.
