Please be advised that this non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets. Loud music and Parties are forbidden. Only the guests on the booking reservation are allowed on the premises and property. WIFI is included, central A/C, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.
This condo is only 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd and less than 5 minutes to GulfStream Horsetrack and Casino where you will find a paradise of designer shops and dining. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It is also located 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops and lots more shopping !

FOBs: $30 each (pricing may change without warning) 1 FOB is required per 2 adults...
Additional fee applicable for 4th adult staying in the condo. ($70/adult/week) Adult: 18 years old or older. Must be mentioned at time of booking. laundry facilities are located by the elevators on every floor. It is a paid service .
