Beach getaway!

This is a great location and the art deco bungalow is perfect. Beds were comfortable and this is a very quiet area. Only wish it had a kitchen sink and a few more kitchen items.

Had a blast at this location. Really close to the beach and all the activities. Very clean. Very nice! Truly enjoyed it. I would stay here again

Cosy little bungalow

Lovely home. Great beach access. The lock was a bit difficult to use but we finally figured it out after calling someone. Very nice cozy spot, would come again. Loved having a parking spot.

Cute room right by the boardwalk

The room was so clean, great AC, comfortable beds, honestly have nothing to complain about! I was worried we would hear Oasis with it being right next door. Nope! We will definitely stay again!

Great place

This is a great location for one or two people. Very walkable. Cable was pixelated and WiFi was slow. Other than that it’s a cool cost effective place to be in paradise.

Great Location

Great location, comfortable room. Wifi was out the entire time but luckily I didn’t need to work. No utensils were available in the room, or wine glasses, which I would have expected at that price point, but otherwise the location can’t be beat and the beds and space were quite comfortable.

Nice place

Unit was great for what we needed. Just 2 of us. Excellent location, very close to Hollywood beach! Parking spot was great bc parking is difficult there. Kitchen only has fridge, toaster, microwave. There’s lots of food close by

Great Location!!!!

This isn't one of your fancy places to stay... But if you're there for the beach and lots of action within walking distance, this is the place for you... We was in the room for sleeping purposes only. We walked to the beach which was 2-3 min walk and we ate breakfast and dinner at the most popular restaurants on the Broadway everyday. It was just around the corner, about a 5 min walk. Absolutely love the location!

It was half block from the beach, plenty of places to eat. Half the lights in the bungalow were not working but we felt still had enough light and we didn’t want to be bothered. A day before we left we had a problem with bathroom door and were told someone would contact us to go fix it but no one did. The bungalow was spacious and has a coffee machine and big refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Overall a good stay!.

Location! Perfect little Gem!

This property was great to stay in..very clean, safe, quiet little street yet literally steps to the beach and sand. Washer and dryer were right behind the property. Around the corner is the beginning of Gift shops and restaurants..and you will also find margaritaville and the Hollywood stage .. local bands play nightly and extremely entertaining.. like I said this property is right behind the boulevard where all the action… but quiet enough to not hear a peep when you go to sleep. Perfect little gem! We’ll be back! Management was also very pleasant to communicate with and responded within seconds of I had a question . Thank you guys so much for your hospitality.

Great location but the unit has a lot of wear--No hot water

Great location and so nice to have a parking spot. The photos match the unit but it has a lot of wear. Cracked and loose floor tile, minor mold along window seals and bathroom shower corners, drywall holes and patches. No hot water---had to ask to use the shower in a different unit. Stayed four nights and got one shower in. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and small appliances. Lots of plates and just one bowl. I made requests from two different people and both said they get someone to drop a coupe more off. We ended up using coffee mugs for cereal. The hosts were friendly and answered my text messages and phone calls.

Cheap construction/fixtures/finish

This room left much to be desired. The electrical outlet near kitchen supplies didn't work. It was loose and could be moved back and forth. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall. The door handle on entry had been replaced but with the smaller cheaper handle, it made it look junky. I could go with the "cheap" construction but this was the worst of it. The bathroom needed to be cleaner, the wall beside the toilet needed a wash and there was dirt in the corners on the floor Things we enjoyed - location, beds were comfy and clean.

THE LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS WAS GOOD/ I DIDN'T LIKE FOR 4 QUESTS THEY ONLY PROVIDE 2 TOWELS AND 2 WASHCLOTHES. THEN AFTER TEXTING BACK AND FORTH FOR 3 DAYS THEY SAY THERE IS A PAY WASHER AND DRYER THERE. LIKE I AM GOING TO DO LAUNDRY TWICE A DAY. WE ALL COME IN FROM THE BEACH AT THE SAME TIME SO THAT MADE NO SENSE AT ALL (2 PEOPLE WAIT 2 HOURS FOR CLEAN TOWELS) GRANTED I COULD HAVE BOUGHT TOWELS BUT THEN HOW DO I GET THEM HOME? MY LUGGAGE WAS FILLED)ALSO THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH TP PROVIDED. I WOULD PROBALY NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN, i WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE WITHOUGHT MANAGEMENT ON SITE AGAIN.
