Short 3 day stay

Lovely property in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes from most areas in Fort Lauderdale. Could have stay longer if we didn’t need to fly back to Scotland. Perfect for 6-8 adults.

Great Home!

Each room had its own bathroom which was great. There was lots of supplies for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, great views, pool was big enough. Close to everything!

Great property!

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! Tucked in a neighborhood that has everything one may need within just a few minutes. Property was exactly as described in the listing. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was so great for every guest to retreat to their own space at days end. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We spent each day grilling and dining riverside. Would 100% return!

Intercoastal Stay

The house was very nice. Every room has been updated top to bottom. The home has a great layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, everyone had privacy. The outside area is also beautiful with multi sitting areas. Lastly the area is close to shopping and outstanding restaurants.

Wonderful ranch home located on a cul-de-sac with a large private deck on the river. Close proximity to Wilton Drive, shopping and beaches! Inside the home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The game room has a very comfortable pull out sofa bed and private bathroom. The pool is good size but mostly shaded so water is a bit chilly. We would have enjoyed the pool more if the underwater light was working. Also in these early months the option to pay an additional fee for heating the pool would be welcomed. The code for the front door was not available when we checked in. Support was unable to provide the code, I only received it when support came to the property to charge the Nest thermostat. My week was with 5 additional family members and we were all very comfortable and totally enjoyed the property. We will definitely be returning and would stay again.

Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Nest cameras on exterior of house pointing to pool and boat dock. In my opinion they should of turned those off and disclosed that in booking.

Rented to attend daughters' college graduation

Beautiful property, great location. Exceeded expectations. Two of the showers were not draining after first time use. Texted the issue and within a short time, they were fixed. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great House. Hard time getting in.

Very nice house in great quiet neighborhood. Beautiful spot on the river. We could not get the lock to work and it was hard to get VRBO to come fix it. Even after getting the problem fixed it was very difficult to lock the door. A major annoyance in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

No hot water.

No hot water entire stay in master bathroom, guest room, kitchen and laundry room. No propane for grill. Pool dirty. Toaster did not work. House was nice but no hot water created a real issue with all. Had to borrow guest showers, couldn’t wash clothes requiring hot water.

AGreat place; as advertised

The house is exactly as it is promoted / advertised. We had a relaxing stay for our family of four. There were some mosquitoes in the house when we first started the rental and we needed to get the property manager to provide us with some mosquito repellant. This was not a great way to start our stay but everything after that was great. The pool was nice and the views from the deck were great. We relaxed and enjoyed the use of the kitchen and its amenities. The kitchen had a good coffee maker and a very good refrigerator which we used extensively as we got groceries from the nearby Whole Foods. There are a number of restaurants (both large chains as well as local restaurants) which we enjoyed. We also used the big screen TV to watch Netflix as well as stream Disney+ and HBO Max. All in all a great trip and recommend both the property and property manager.

Pretty property, room for improvement.

It’s a great location with beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, there were a few things we found: there are termites running around in that hole behind the master bath (we found one in a damp towel on the floor and it ran back to the hole), there is no hot pad for cooking, there are no plastic ware for kids, there is no salt or any extra food condiments (even a drawer of extra condiments that didn’t get used helps so much), the trailer in the driveway creates challenging parking conditions, needs more glasses (? 1 wine glass), a pool heater would be ideal (we landed on chilly pool temps, i don’t think we ever saw a pool cleaner until second to last day) and the tv apps were difficult to access tv apps (bc of tv not being able to connect to WiFi). Positives: great location with beautiful view, appliances work well, 4full b/b, so many fun games for kiddos with essentially a game room. We do appreciate greatly the last minute availability and swift booking.

Beautiful home right on the water!

We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with friends, and it was the perfect setting. The home was incredibly clean and accommodated everyone so well. The back deck was perfect with many lounge chairs and a large table right on the water. We spent the majority of our time outside. Each room, including the game room, had its own bathroom so it was super easy for everyone to get ready without a lot of delays. I have two suggestions to make the stay better for future guests: We received an email and text from Turn Key letting us know that this property is eligible for early check-in and late check-out if it can be accommodated. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. We were told that the owners do not allow this convenience. It was very frustrating to get there 2 hours early and the house was ready, but we couldn't go in. Also, extra pillows and blankets need to be accessible to guests. We had to go and buy 2 extra blankets while we were there.

Peaceful

We had a wonderful week on vacation and the house was perfect, exactly like the pictures! We made many treasured family memories exploring the area, Fort Lauderdale beach, a day at Hollywood Beach, and a trip to the Miami Zoo, lots of shopping close by also, but time outside lounging by the pool and the scenery were the best, and we would love to stay again one day. I recommend.

Our stay

Nice place. Small beds. Need to be king beds. Pool needs heater. Getting to dock isn’t easy because of fixed bridge so couldn’t get our boat to the dock. Overall nice place and good location.

Great Weekend Visit

We had a great visit in Fort Lauderdale. The house was clean and very convenient to all attractions. The water access was excellent with not a lot of boat traffic in that part of the river. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing location

The house and location itself were absolutely AMAZING. Our group of 8 did run out of essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc… by the 2nd day of our trip. I found it hard to communicate as nobody responded to my messages on VRBO and had to wait on hold for a long time when you called the Vacasa number (property manager not available on weekends). Overall had a great trip as the house is incredible, but improvements can definitely be made on the property manager side.

Very Nice Home

This house was very well located and exactly as pictured. Almost everything you could want was available, except a few missing items in the kitchen that you would expect to be there. The sofa bed in the fourth bedroom was not particularly comfortable, Otherwise the house was great and we had a very nice time.

Beautiful

Place was amazing!! Had a great place Super Clean!! Only flaw is its listed as a 4 bedroom which is actually 3 probably has a pull out couch. Did not have any blankets or pillows though for it. We did not need it though. However the communication was excellent and I had no doubt if i asked they would have gotten it to us ASAP!! The only other the I wish is that the pool was slightly heated. I would have paid extra for that. I would definitely be back.
