Didnt get the property we booked and paid for
2 days before scheduled arrival found out that the property was doubled booked because I reached out to them to ask them a question… they had no idea we booked it until I messaged them. They told me it was a new program they are using. they found us another place a few streets down. Lots of back and forth with the property manager to ensure we got the same experience we paid for months in advanced. Lots of things were provided at the location we paid for and the other didn’t but with firm expectations, property manager was able to remedy the situation. The new house decor was cute but looking deeper into the house it had brown in the title grout, chairs outside were broken, water drainage was poor outside so a lot of mosquitoes. Also, a camera facing the pool which made us uncomfortable. Overall, i appreciate the property manager trying to remedy the situation but wish we were able to stay at the Vrbo we booked and paid for months in advanced.
