This place was absolute perfection! It was stocked for anything you could have wanted. We had a family of 8 and everyone had their own living space and it was great. Lovley inside and out, and the heated toliet seats were a big win in my husbands book! Beautiful views on the water and so close to Las Olas and all of the things to do. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

Great stay in Fort Lauderdale

My family had a fantastic time at this property. The proper was perfect for 14 of us and the pool and game room were great additions. The location is perfect for beach and all Fort Lauderdale activities!! Team was helpful and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this property. Thank you

60th bday celebration

We really liked the location because it was halfway to the beach and halfway into town. Our group likes to walk and so this was a great location for that. We still used circuit a lot just for the nighttime.

Location perfect but falsely advertised the property

We arrived expecting a 7 bedroom house We get there and it’s two separate town homes !!! How can someone with 5 small kids separate ? They told us they will refund us for the townhome we didn’t use . however they charged my card an additional and then refunded that … 2 weeks later we still received no refund and no replies . Vrbo told me to do a chargeback as they have tried reaching out to the host two times as well . First night we had no hot water , and the refrigerator didn’t work properly . We never used the pool because it looked filthy but at least the heat worked in there . Our stay was good as we had friends nearby and were able to be together for the holiday but it would have been better in a bigger place .

Awesome! Great house and super clean!

Great property and location. It was perfect for our staff for FLIBS. It was a 5 minute car ride from Las Olas down to the beach. There were two different sections of the house which was nice to have the sperate quarters. Lots of bathrooms and It was super clean. The game room was awesome and just a super fun house to stay at especially after a long day of working. Valerie was a great host . Thank you and will try and rent it for the show next year.

On the fence

The owner of the house showed up unexpectedly to introduce himself , he was cool. However the management company isnt the greatest, the wifi was out and they had a handyman call me to help reset it but, he didn't even know where the router was located I had to search for it. The pictures of this property look great online but its a bit different in person. There are two boats behind the property in which people just randomly walk on both sides of the house to access the boats, which then compromises the privacy of your family because they can see in the back sliding door / windows. No one told us these individuals would be showing up my sister and her kids were alarmed and startled initially. The pool is cool but again people are watching you from the boats so its not really private, I would say for the price we paid we should of had complete privacy and more toilet paper.

Dirty property

This property as dirty. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough towel. Dog poop everywhere. Dirty pool. Outdoor hot tub is nasty. Florida is beautiful but this property sucks.

Best rental and perfect location

I could not have been more thrilled with this property for my weekend vacation with my friends. The house was super clean, the rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous, the pool was amazing, the check in process was seamless, the communication with the host was great!!! I would definitely stay at this property again!!

Not great but not bad

We stayed a total of 5 nights, there was a total of 11 of us so we all fit very well in the house. The upstairs and downstairs are two separate units so it is nice if you have adult kids they can have one unit to themselves. The first day we arrived a man walked through the back yard with loud music, he was getting to his boat that is parked behind the house so it’s understandable. We messaged Valerie and we never saw him again. The pictures are definitely deceiving but it is still nice. Pool was nice and warm we used it everyday. I would give this a 7/10

It was a first time for us so we were a little hesitant but everything the ad said was there there was nothing to disappoint and I would rent this property again working with Valerie was seamless and easy Property was in great shape well outfitters in the bedroom comfortable and it was very clean
