The front desk staff was excellent! The room was clean but the bathtub needed to be replaced as the enamel had worn down. The person at the desk said they are in the process of replacing the bathtubs. I will definitely stay at Fairfield again and recommend them to friends!

Overbooked event from the weekend caused delays from getting checked in, housekeeping did work overtime to get rooms turned over though. Front staff was accommodating and nice about the situation they did their best. Now the $50 hold has not feel off after 5 days will contact the bank on the 7th day
