The front desk was not properly staffed. It was difficult to get help at any time we needed it. The beds are too small.

Hot mess express. Only one person working. Room wasn’t ready. Dirty sheet laying on the third floor hallway floor outside elevator, coffee cup sitting on lobby table, empty Gatorade bottle and bag tag laying on another table in lobby. Hair dryer didn’t work, asked for another, 20 min later I had to go down and get a another one myself because front desk person was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. Went to grab it and it too did not work so proceeded with evening plans with wet hair. No shuttle to airport before 7am. It was literally an ok place to lay your head.
