Shuttle is not free and only operates during specific hours. The staff was not aboe to assist with anything. Consistently deferred me to speak eith the manager who Never seemed to be available. If you are cruising or have a layover then the hotel is ok.. they have a free airport shuttle and they also have shuttle service to the ports for a fee. The rooms are outdated and very close to the highway so it’s a little noisy.
