OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated for an additional $250 per day. Please contact the Concierge Team at least 72 hours before your arrival to arrange this.

Kindly note that the pool takes 24 hours to fully heat up. The maximum temperature is 85°F.

Great place, but problems

We loved the house an amenities but.. 1. All tap water smells like rotten eggs. So do you when you take a shower. 2. The pool was not heating when we arrived. 3. The house ran out of propane the last day so we couldn’t shower/cook or clean with warm water. This house would be awesome but is not setup correctly to rent out to others.
