NOT IN FOLSOM - The property is listed as being in Folsom, the address is listed as in Folsom, the directions link takes you to an address in Folsom but the house is not in Folsom. The house is actually in Covington 20 minutes away from the listed address. This was a big issue for our situation.We arrived about 10pm to the address listed to find it was not the right house. Reached out to the host to get help with directions via VRBO app, text message, and tried to call, we did not get a response till the following morning. After confirming we had the right address, which was listed in three places, we finally found the correct address at the bottom of the email under the driving directions. The interior of the house itself was clean but that positivity was short lived as we tried to get settled in. We found that the back sliding door handle was broke and had an edge sharp enough to cut you if not careful, the door did not lock but instead had a board that could be put in the track to keep the door from opening. Some of the bed sheets were stained. One bed had a bug under the sheets. One mattress had a crater in it, one was hard as a board. Furniture is very outdated. Towels and wash clothes need to be replaced. One of the bedroom ceiling fans was out of balance and very noisy. The house in general, needs multiple minor repairs and upkeep. The exterior trash cans were full.
