Amazing luxury hotel. Big rooms and bathrooms. Brilliant service. Staff can't do enough for you. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and always quiet never over crowded or queues. I saw 3 pools, might be more, lots of beds. This is the first time I've gone to a resort where i haven't had to save beds in the morning as there was always lots available. We would head out in the morning and then hit the pool at about 3pm, never an issue finding beds. And not crowded either. Plenty of complimentary treats in the rooms too. Would deffo stay here again.

An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return.

It was very peaceful with lovely swimming pools. Staff were quick to address issues However the hotel was showing its age
