Everything about our stay was wonderful. My questions were answered promptly and they couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating! We booked the same day for four days and we were so grateful. If I had to ask for something, it would have been a dish towel:) Everything was walkable! Including a reliable laundry service & supermarket. Air conditioning a plus! We stayed in Palazzo Branchi for 3 nights. Location was excellent, about 15 minutes walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station. It was also close enough to the historic center. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean. The shower was very good. The room was spacious. Communication with the management was good. There was a tiny kitchenette which was a nice option to have; nothing to prepare Michelin meals but nice nonetheless. Only negative points were: the level of noise was extremely high so be prepared to put some earplugs. Also, the fact there was no desk or table to put a laptop on was a bit unexpected and felt a bit like a shortcoming. Neutral observation: the room did not look at all like the one shown on the pictures of the listing we booked. Overall we appreciated our stay despite the very disturbing noise we experienced.
