Welcome to Seascape, the most spacious house on Heceta Beach, just a short 3-minute walk away. This stunning beach house boasts 3 master bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and a total of 5 bedrooms with 10 beds. With 3200 square feet of living space, Seascape is both spacious and cozy. Perched 20 feet above grade, the house offers panoramic views of the beach and waves from all three levels and almost every room. This house is not recommended to people with mobility issues, the panoramic views come with stairs.

You can enjoy whale watching from the warmth of your living room, as Seascape offers plentiful couches, large dinner tables, and even a wrap-around deck and covered porch for you to relish every speck of our stunning views. Our covered porch also provides outdoor seating, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Seascape is equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi at 324 Mbps, and a dedicated workspace in a common area for remote work. Part of the fun with renting a house is exploring the house and picking rooms, this house does not disappoint. Very kid/family friendly. The views and comfort are 10/10. Easy check in and out. Quick easy walk to beach. Quite neighborhood.Cons: alot of stairs, steep driveway for 2nd vehicle.

The kitchen has enough serviceware, plates, cups, and glasses for a dozen people to have at least two meals before running the dishwasher. Large cabinet available your cereal, bread, canned goods, etc. Host was great with communication.

The Montanans

Seascape is a beautiful home that’s warmly decorated. Plenty of amenities just bring your groceries and settle in! The ocean views from the west and north windows is spectacular. A short comfortable walk to the beach was easy even for my 83 year old Auntie. Absolutely a beautiful area with many sightseeing options. Amanda, our host was wonderful and responsive. Overall a very nice property and stay for our small family reunion.

this house is lovely inside and out the only problem is parking if you have a large truck you won't fit and there are a lot of stair's. The walk from the tight parking behind the house is all up hill plus 3 set's of stair just to reach the main floor of the house. Definitely a home for the younger crowd. If you can handle lots of stairs and up hill walks from your compact car this house is lovely with wonderful view from all levels and a huge kitchen and the down stairs game room is a kids dream room

Great Week in Florence!

House is in a great location for going to the dunes, to town, and to the fun sites in the area. The views are beautiful! The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of seating for dining. Plenty of comfortable beds for all! We had 10 adults, 2 kids and 2 toddlers in our party. There is plenty of seating in the living room, but the couches are extremely worn - I bought blankets and covered them for the week. Parking is great for several cars, but REALLY tight for a trailer - unless it’s small. We had two trailers for our razors. One barely fit and the other we had to find parking off property. Neighbors weren’t happy when we had to pull into their driveway to turn around in while pulling the trailer in and out - I can’t say that I blame them! We did have a great week! :-)

Fun family get together

Very large property so plenty of room for the 10 of us. Most beds have firm/plush mattresses which were very comfortable. The loft beds were very soft and bouncy but somehow were still comfortable and everyone slept well. Fantastic view and very short walk to beach. Lots of steps to front door which makes taking all your bags in very tiring. The deck is off the lower floor, not connected to the main floor so using the grill was a bit of a trek down the stairs and through the games room. Overall though it was an excellent choice for a large group and we all had a great time.

Excellent Ocean View and Sunset

Definitely enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for a family with kids and infants. Plenty of space for the adults and the little ones. We travel yearly to Florence to enjoy the dunes so we travel with trailers. Our concern regarding parking was quickly resolved by Amanda. We will definitely be recommending this rental to our family and friends.
