Fui enganada! Reservei um ap perto do palácio Vecchio e descobri no Google maps que ele era uns 900 m mais longe. Quando fui fazer o check in, o responsável, sr Luca Nuara, me mandou para mais longe ainda, mais ou menos a 1,5km de distância do centro. Paguei por um ap. central, que é mais caro, e fiquei em um bairro bem afastado, na Via dei Macci 82/84. Além disso, o ap só tinha 6 camas de solteiro com colchões horríveis e não 3 camas queen como anunciado. As fotos do apartamento no Expedia mostravam um ap melhor e maior. Paguei caro para ter mais comodidade e tive que andar muito todos os dias para ir e vir. Ainda tem mais: fiz um depósito de €100 para ser estornado automaticamente da fatura de meu cartão quando saísse do ap., mas até agora nada. O sr Luca também anuncia outros apartamentos com o nome de apartamentos Puccini. Não recomendo para ninguém.

지난 7월 말, 저희는 가족여행으로 피렌체에 방문 했습니다. 그런데 여기 호텔에서는 저희가 예약했던 아파트가 아닌 그 곳보다 10분 더 떨어진 아파트에 사전에 협의도 없이 저희를 배정해줬고 저희는 시티센터까지 도보 10분인 줄 알았던 아파트에서 도보 20분인 아파트로 숙박을 했습니다. 또한 보일러 고장으로 수차례 말을 했지만 돌아오는 것은 무응답 뿐이었고, 저희는 2박3일 동안 찬물로 샤워를 해야 했습니다. 그 뿐만이 아닙니다. 8월1일 체크아웃 후 바로 보증금 환불을 해주겠다 했지만 9월 6일까지 저는 보증금을 받을 수 없었습니다. 저는 8월 한달 동안 호스트에게 연락을 수차례 취했고 호텔스닷컴에도 취했으나 호스트에게서는 무응답과 호텔스닷컴에게서는 기다리라는 답변뿐이었습니다. 그렇게 호스트는 저에게 8월21일에 다른 분이 체크아웃한 사진을 보내며 보증금 환불을 해줄 수 없다고 말을 했습니다. 마침 제가 체크아웃 당시에 찍었던 사진이 있어서 날짜도 사진도 거짓으로 보내는 호스트에게 너무 화가 났습니다. 그리고 그는 또 다시 저를 무시했습니다. 그렇게 저는 매일 같이 메세지를 보냈고 나중에는 저의 카드번호가 다르다, 은행에 너가 가서 확인을 해라, 나는 너가 결제한 기록이 없다는 등 어떻게든 환불을 해주기 싫어함이 고의적으로 느껴졌습니다. 결론적으로 한달이 넘어서야 저는 보증금을 환불 받게 되었지만 아직 돈이 들어온 상황은 아닙니다. 이렇게 고의적으로 돌려주지 않는 호스트에게 너무 화가 나며, 행복했던 피렌체의 여행기억이 이 호스트에 의해 끔찍해져서 너무 마음이 아픕니다. 여기 묵으시려는 분들과 피렌체에서 아파트에 묵으시려는 분들 중 이용약관에 보증금100유로지불이 있다면 이 사람일 가능성이 큼으로 전화번호 대조해보시고 피하시는것을 추천드립니다. 제발요! 정리하자면 1. 8월1일 체크아웃 후 보증금을 한달이 넘도록 받지 못했다. 또한 그는 나의 돌려달라는 메세지를 계속 해서 무시했다. 2. 8월 26일에 다른 사람의 숙박 사진을 나에게 보내며 보증금 환불을 해줄 수 없다고 했다. 나에게 8월1일 체크아웃 당시 사진이 있었는데도 말이다. 3. 숙박 당시 보일러를 고쳐달라는 메세지를 무시했고 나의 부모님은 찬물에 3일동안 샤워를 하셨다. 4. 계속된 무시와 거짓말과 앞과 뒤가 다른 말에 너무 지쳤고 화가 난다. 아래 사진 중 싱크대의 라면 사진은 그 사람이 보낸 거짓 사진이며, 깨끗한 싱크대 사진은 제가 찍은 체크아웃날 사진입니다. 또한 그와 나눈 대화도 첨부합니다.
