Enjoy your holiday in the newly renovated apartment in Flensburg. The more than 50m² large 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. On the other side of the road you can reach the Volkspark, a forest area with several playgrounds, dog walks and walking paths.
Within walking distance you will find all major shopping facilities, as well as a pharmacy and bank. Also, the marina "Marina Sonwik" is just a few minutes walk away. The beach in Solitüde can be reached by car in a few minutes. The old town of Flensburg with its alleys and courtyards are only 3km away. The nearest bus stop is 300m away. From here buses go in and out of town.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our house.

The bedroom of the apartment is equipped with a large bed (1.80m). The living room has a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full sleeping with a cold foam mattress. Of course, the apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. From the living room is a covered terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and fridge-freezer combination. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

Das Wohn und Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Die Küche ist nicht ganz so geräumig aber mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgerüstet. Das Bad ist beengt was jedoch der sehr großen Dusche geschuldet ist. Besonders gut hat uns der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner gefallen. Hier konnte man Sprudelkisten und sonstige größere Teile abstellen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Um in den Stadtpark zu gelangen braucht man nur die Straße überqueren. Parkraum war immer genug vorhanden und in der Stadt gibt es kurz vor der Promenade am Ballastkai einen Parkplatz für 3,00 Tagesmiete.Die Check In Informationen haben wir leider erst auf Nachfrage erhalten und die Begrüßung hat uns nicht so gut gefallen.

Perfekt mit Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. An Regentagen kann man es sich hier gemütlich machen wie zu Hause. Für die morgendliche Runde mit dem Hund liegt der Park direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht.

Die Vermieter sind reizend. Die helfen sofort, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Ein Park direkt vor der Hautür und nur 8 Min. Zu Fuß zum Wasser. Also auch für Hundehalter ideal. Und sogar ne Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zum Einkaufen brauchst Du auch nur ein paar Min. Zu Fuß. 👍

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Lage war sehr gut und es war nicht weit zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt in Flensburg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Hundewiese sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Für uns ( 3 Personen ) war es eine gute Unterkunft. Sehr saubere und gut Eingerichtete Wohnung mit Zugang über die Haustüre oder über die Terrasse. Die Wohnung und das Umfeld sind ideal für Menschen mit Handicap. Im der nähe nette Lokale, tolle Ausflugsziele (nicht so gute Radwege) Konnten uns hier toll erholen. Sehr Empfehlenswert.
