Villa di lusso privata immersa in un parco di 6000 mq con olivi e fiori, grande piscina con aqua salata e jacuzzi con ombrelloni e lettini, gazebo dove poter cenare con bbq, ampio parcheggio. Dal giardino si accede direttamente in casa attraverso la veranda dove potersi rilassare troviamo un grande ingresso con pavimenti e colonne in marmo una grande sala da pranzo e sala tv, una cucina all'americana con isola completa di elettrodomestici, tavolo e divano, un bagno grande con vasca da bagno. Salendo mezzo piano troviamo due ampie camere con cabina armadio ed un bagno con doccia in marmo verde, salendo ancora mezzo piano abbiamo una suite mansardata con 2 letti matrimoniali un grande bagno e due balconi. Sempre dal piano terra scendendo si trova la zona lavanderia e vano caldaia. Entrando dal retro sempre dal piano giardino si accede al rustico collegato anche dall interno arredato con letto matrimoniale, cucina attrezzata e bagno.
