Hotellet skulle kunna ge mer om det renoverades. Det behöver ocksÄ stÀdas bÀttre. Vi stannade tvÄ nÀtter men ingen tillsyn, stÀdning eller byte av handdukar skedde. SÀngarna Àr ok, men tyget pÄ sidorna Àr grymt smutsiga och det var grus pÄ golvet och smutsiga vÀggar i duschen liksom mögligt och smutsigt duschdraperi. Möblerna hade sett sina bÀttre dagar och var flÀckiga och sunkiga. Frukosten Àr ganska enkel och man fick frÄga efter laktosfria alternativ!

This hotel is intended for and dedicated to golfers. Thus the rooms are very spacious, although a bit Spartan, and parking is easy. Every room has a large deck with expansive views of the golf course. The restaurant next door serves up a tasty breakfast and has a nice 19th hole. Despite not being golfers, we’ve stayed here multiple times, recovering from our jet-lag whilst walking the course at 4am

Har tyckt detta boende varit fantastiskt, sÀrskillt hörnrummen med bad. Men nu kÀnns det tyvÀrr, mÄste jag sÀga att det blivit sÀmre. Klagar sÀllan, men, ligger man pÄ hotell kanske 30 v om Äret, blir man lite krÀsen av valet. StÀdningen bristfÀllig, inte ok med en hög av damm pÄ tex eluttagen, gammalt youghurtpaket i kylskÄpet ??? Allvarligt, stÀdar man inte dÀr heller? Restaurangen stÀngs tidigt, ok, pandemitider, men,, Frukosten, om den Àr i tid, vÀldigt spartansk.. Trots allt, sÄ Àr det ÀndÄ ett vÀldigt trevligt stÀlle. Man fÄr bara inte stÀlla allt för höga krav,tyvÀrr.

Nice hotell to stay, expecially if you like golf! Due early leave I missed breakfast. Room and furniture are nice, you'll enjoy. My room was not just well cleaned, I guess it had been empty for longer time due covid situation before I stopped there.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice. It was currently having work being done and the restaurant was closed. It would have been noce to have had products in the vending machine as its out of the way from the main town. It would also have been nice to have tea or coffee in the rooms. All in all though a very nice clean hotel.

KORTPROBLEM

Vid sen ankomst skulle vi hÀmta ut dörrkort i skÄp. SkÄpet kunde ej öppnas med hjÀlp av anvisad kod. Fick hjÀlp av restaurangpersonal att erhÄlla kortet. Efter frukost dag 2 kunde ej erhÄllna kort öppna rumsdörren. Erhöll nya kort. Vid ankomst till hotellet dag 2 efter 21.00 kunde de nya korten ej öppna dörren. Försökte dÄ ringa till angivet nummer för brÄdskande Àrende eftersom reception och restaurang var stÀngda och obemannat. Kunde ej erhÄlla svar pÄ brÄdskande nummer utan det var röstbrevlÄda. Ringde dÄ First Hotell i Solna samt Sollentuna. De kunde inte fÄ kontakt med nÄgon som kunde hjÀlpa. Efter ca 1,5 timme ringde en person upp oss och kunde dÄ via tel hjÀlpa till med att fÄ ut en nyckel i ett annat kodlÄst skÄp. Denna person som var en av de vi kontaktat och lÀmnat meddelande och hade nÄgon form av jour meddelade att han sin telefon pÄ ljudlöst!!!!! Ska ni bo vid hotellet sÀkerstÀll att ni inte kommer efter att restaurangen har stÀngt!!!!!

Saknar finishen men vÀldigt prisvÀrt.

Hotellet var vÀldigt prisvÀrt och vÄrat rum var större Àn förvÀntat. Inga mÀklarbilder utan nÀstan tvÀrt om. Huset Àr lite burkigt sÄ dunsar nÀr man rör sig men alla bekvÀmligheter var bra och utsikten perfekt. Negativt var att man missa lite pÄ allt. Ingen stÀdning pga Corona men ingen som informerade om det. Fruckosten glömde stÀndigt att hÄlla koll sÄ brödet var fruset, kaffe saknades vid nÄgot tillfÀlle och juicen smakar som 1+4 bland variant. Corona gjorde dock att det var fÄ gÀster och för dom ca 850kr/natt för lyxigaste delux rummet sÄ Àr det oavsett sina skavanker fruktansvÀrt prisvÀrt.

Kommunikation mellan hotell och Hotels.com lite bristfÀllig.Vi hade ombokat vÄr vistelse det hade inte Hotels.com meddelat hotellet. receptionen löste det ÀndÄ pÄ ett smidigt sÀtt.Saknar dock information pÄ rummet, borde finnas ett informationsblad med tider för restaurang, internetuppkoppling, Tv:n och Àven lite info om golfbanan. Frukosten var Ok men tyvÀrr fanns kvarlÀmnat pÄlÀgg i kylskÄpet frÄn föregÄende gÀster vilket inte var sÄ trevligt. NÀr jag pÄpekade detta ,nÀr vi checkade ut fick jag till svar att man skulle prata med övrig personal, hade varit trevligt med ett litet "ursÀkta".
