The staff, specially Gabrielle, was amazing, always went above and beyond to help us with information etc. The place itself is so beautiful that you can just stay there for a whole week, so many things to do and explore. Words don't do justice to this place. If you have kids, its a no brainer, book it!!!

This might be my favorite place in all of Italy especially when traveling with 2 children. There is so much to do and it’s the most beautiful property what you expect Tuscany to look like it is picturesque and the kids were so happy here we extended because we love it so much! The staff is the kind, accepting and accommodating friendly and helpful people we appreciate how they have gone above and beyond to help us feel welcome. One of our children has special needs and sometimes people aren’t as accepting but no one here has ever made us feel bad or guilty for any situation. I highly recommend 10 out of 10 especially if you are traveling as a family. Thank you so much to the Palagina staff for your kindness it’s so appreciated!
