Sehr schönes Hotel ,freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Modern und mit viel Holz. Leider fehlen normale VorhÀnge,es gibt nur VerdunklungsvorhÀnge daher kann man in jedes Zimmer sehen. Es gibt leider keine Laden. E- Ladestationen vorhanden.

Nahe gelegen an der Bergbahn. Schönes Appartement. Ich finde es ĂŒbertrieben 8 Euro pro Nacht fĂŒrs Parken zu verlangen, wenn es direkt vor den HĂ€usern lediglich 4 ParkplĂ€tze gibt. Das Personal an der Rezeption hĂ€tte freundlicher sein können. Im Außenbereich gab es viel zu wenig liegen, sodass wir keinen Liegeplatz nutzen konnten. Wir musst nach dem schwimmen auf unbequemen StĂŒhlen platz nehmen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es an einem Wochenende ist, da muss man vermutlich stehen. FĂŒr den Preis hĂ€tte ich mir mehr erhofft.

Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel sprechen leider kaum deutsch ..im deutschsprachigem Raum etwas schwierig Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr Kundenorientiert es wird der Gast nicht sehr wertgeschĂ€tzt. Speisenangebot ist grund solide. Einige Restaurant Mitarbeiter stechen heraus. Zb Daniel. Sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Fitnessbereich mĂŒsste besser gepflegt werden. Suite : gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe , allerdings fehlt bei 3 Personen Stauraum fĂŒr Kleidung. Bademantel fĂŒr Teenager war nicht im Zimmer: Aussage fĂŒr Kinder gibt es keine BademĂ€ntel

Rezension: EnttĂ€uschender Aufenthalt – enttĂ€uschendes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden jedoch in vielen Punkten enttĂ€uscht. Das Hotel mag auf den ersten Blick hochwertig wirken, kann diesem Eindruck in der RealitĂ€t aber leider nicht gerecht werden. Lage & Umgebung: Die Umgebung des Hotels ist extrem ruhig – fast schon zu ruhig. Wer sich auf etwas Abwechslung, Restaurants oder GeschĂ€fte in der NĂ€he freut, wird enttĂ€uscht. Ohne Auto ist man hier praktisch isoliert. Abends gibt es keine Möglichkeiten, außerhalb des Hotels etwas zu unternehmen oder zu essen. Anlage & Architektur: Das Hotel ist sehr weitlĂ€ufig und teilweise unnötig verwinkelt. Wege zu Zimmern oder zum Wellnessbereich können ĂŒberraschend lang und steil sein – gerade fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht ideal. Der steile Aufbau ist nicht nur anstrengend, sondern auch schlecht ausgeschildert. Wellness & Schwimmbad: Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist der Wellnessbereich: Dieser ist viel zu klein fĂŒr die GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Belegung des Hotels. Das Schwimmbad ist winzig, es gibt nur sehr wenige Liegen, sodass man kaum entspannen kann. Wer sich auf einen ausgedehnten Wellnessurlaub freut, wird enttĂ€uscht. Service & Gastronomie: Leider war auch der Service nicht ĂŒberzeugend. So war es beispielsweise nicht möglich, das Abendessen nur fĂŒr einen einzelnen Abend hinzu zu buchen – man musste sich gleich fĂŒr den gesamten Aufenthalt festlegen. Mit 39 € pro Perso
