A newly constructed and carefully designed space for you and your family and friends to gather in the heart of Fayetteville. Whether you are visiting your kids that attend the U of A or in town for a sporting event (walking distance to Baum Walker), or a graduation. We are a stones throw away from any event you are in town for. You can enjoy a nice bike ride or walk in the greenway that is just east of the property, or get your excercise in walking around the Fayetteville farmers market on a Saturday morning. Incredibly clean and convenient
Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe once a night. Photos are accurate. Bedrooms are small but very comfortable with large closets. Our small dog loved it and there was ample room to walk her around outside. 5 stars -- would absolutely stay there again.
