ART RESORT MONTALBANO

ART RESORT MONTALBANO is located on the SS16 Fasano - Ostuni at the corner of Via Vespri Siciliani almost in front of the Albergabici site of the Parco delle Dune Costiere. It is an old tufa farmhouse on two floors with barrel vaults divided into three independent apartments each with equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the space in front there is a garden with lawn, seats and tables, bbq, hammocks and shaded areas. The structure aims to offer a unique and original sensorial experience perhaps almost therapeutic through the colors, the works of art, the lamps and the design objects that embellish this space built with love, where you can regenerate yourself in the art immersed in the Apulian countryside a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the coastal dune park. All apartments have private parking, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water with solar panels. On the ground floor "TERRAGIALLA" is pervaded by warm and sunny tones accentuated by atmospheric lamps and by the strong presence of wood, it can accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with oven and large dining table. "TERRAROSSA" instead is dominated by the red blood of the Apulian countryside which gives a strong feeling of energy and vitality, it can accommodate up to 3 people with a bedroom, a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.(If necessary, the two ground floor apartments can become communicating, bringing total availability to 7 places). On the first floor there is "BLUOCEAN" which is a "room of wonders", a dip in the blue in all its nuances and gives the feeling of being immersed in an ocean looking at a sky filled with stars made evident by particular light effects. It can accommodate up to 3 people with a bedroom, a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is also a solarium terrace and laundry for use by all guests of the structure while in the garden space you can visit the artistic laboratory of the author of the works in the ART RESORT which will be happy to illustrate all the peculiarities of the place together with the tourist attractions of the area
