First time booking with Holiday Inn/IGH. It is also my last.
Hotel staff is rude. First they charged my card $25 incidental fees before I even stepped foot on the property… hours before check-in. Then when I checked in they charged me $25 per day for incidentals so if you are staying multiple days be prepared to be charged separate $25 incidentals fee for each and every single day you stay. They don’t tell you about the daily incidentals fee they just charge it to your card - then they get mad and are rude when you ask why you’re being charged. They also retain the fees they didnt tell you they were charging you for 3-5 business days after you check out.
Management does not respond to questions or complaints and will not speak with customers.
Staff is rude and corporate customer service passes the buck back to the hotel but management doesn’t speak to customers.:
Breakfast is mostly carbs and poorly prepared watery eggs and watery gravy. There were crumbs around the cabinet in our room, trash in the bed. The TVs take 2 remotes, one to turn it in and operate the sound, the 2nd one to change the channel.
The hot tub was murky and poorly maintained. IGH and Holiday Inn do not care and do nothing to resolve any issues that arrive.
