I have never been treated so badly from the front deck. I had a disappointing experience from the person at the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year but will never return again after this experience. I asked the person at the front desk if my room was located in the front section or the or rear, and he refused to answer me. He became angry and yelled at me and showed me the hallway.

This hotel is fine. Its not special. Its convenient to about everything. The rooms were somewhat clean. One thing that really stood out was they refused to exchange dirty towels for clean ones. We had wet towels we wanted to exchange for new ones they told us we had to wait until morning. Weird! Never been told that before. Then they said they didn't have any. But while outside i looked up into a maids closet and saw an entire cart full of towels. The guy at the desk said I was mistaken. However, whats their issue with towels. Only 3 towels per room and thats all you get for 24 hours. I had to go to walmart to purchase towels at 10pm that night. Very sad! Also they offer breakfast however only from 6am to 9am. Its very limited hours and not conducive to a vacationing. Also, they advertise a pool and jacuzzi. Even though it appeared to be working they stated it was closed without further notice... another thing we wanted for this vacation. Overall, its just an ok hotel. I was a little disappointed.

Choose this location for the indoor pool. Pool was "broken" entire time of our stay (5 days 4 nights). Didn't seem important to staff. Room keys (both of the ones we had) stopped working 2nd day. Front desk rude when tried to fix issue stating it was due to being around "electronic devices", but was able to get into building with same key??? Housekeeping very nice and able to get us what we needed. Kids loved breakfast and making our own waffles. Will probably not stay here again.. good luck..

I didn’t like that fact that they are very limited with their communication and are giving me a hard time about a refund. They keep telling me the manager is not on site. The manager supposedly hasn’t been on site since July 6 although the staff told me to call Monday and the manager will be there, all of a sudden Friday he isn’t there again for another 24-72 hours. I stayed one night and I want the rest of my money back!

Booked this last minute on our way down the shore. Saw it was close to the horse track and from the pictures and reviews seemed like a decent place to stay for a night . We got into the room it did smell musty like smoke. And the the carpet was frayed and the tackless was exposed and stepped in the nails. There is also definitely some sketchy stuff going on in the hotel. There was a car parked in the parking lot, there was 3 men in the truck. They were there all night and the 2 guys in the truck would go in the hotel for a little bit then come back out and then just sit in the car again. We brought it to the attention to the front desk and they didn’t seemed to be phased by the shady stuff going on. Personally I would not stay here again.

I recently was going to stay here and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the place was poorly maintained. The worst part? There were roaches. I’m not talking about a couple of insects here and there; there were multiple roaches crawling around the room. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund but the staff were unhelpful and rude. They refused to refund my money, insisting that they couldn’t do anything about the situation. After paying for six days I was left with no choice but to leave and book another hotel! The lack of cleanliness and the refusal to address the issue was unbelievable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear they have no regard for their guests’ comfort or well-being. If you value your health and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

Be wary of fake room photos

The room that was reserved showed a kitchenette in the pictures. Upon check in there was just a mini fridge and a microwave. We needed the full fridge for food storage. Hotels.con allegedly tried to reach the hotel for 3 days straight but no one answered the phone (which is clearly false). No remediation was made. We had to buy coolers and ice. Just an all around bad experience
