The hotel is beautiful, staff were really nice, easy check-in. I did book through hotels.com the Suite, Accessible, Bathtub (Mobility & Hearing, 2 Rooms) which I wanted to my son to enjoy his own King bed. But we got to the room and it was a standard 2 queens with pull out couch, which was fine, and the rate we paid was an adjustment of $20 which wasn't much. Close to Costco otherwise, not much else nearby, quiet neighbourhood.

The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. The rooms are showing their age and showers were less desirable. The grout lines were very black. The hot tub was cold, like 96 degrees. The pool was colder. The restaurant menu shown everywhere was not available. A very limited, frankly lousy, subset was available. That was not good, we had plans and made selections for food. Then called room service- no answer. Tried three times without success. Went down to order in person only to find out what little was available. This needs to be corrected.
