Escape to our new family-friendly vacation home! This 4-bedroom, 3000 sq. ft. home features a gourmet kitchen, a spacious open floor plan, and a large back deck perfect for summer BBQs.

Nestled on a quiet dead-end street, we are just a 4 min drive from the beautiful Chapoquoit Beach and a 2 min bike ride to the bike path which takes you through swimming areas and restaurants, all the way to Woods Hole. Enjoy a beautiful part of town while being close to everything that Falmouth has to offer.

In our brand new 4 bedroom house, you’ll find a king bed, two queen beds and two daybeds alongside 2.5 bathrooms (bath and shower). The spacious living room hosts a big sectional couch and gas fireplace with an 85-inch TV with direct access to the back porch with grill. If working remotely, you can enjoy a dedicated workspace where you’ll be able to focus. We’ll also provide you with some beach essentials like beach towels, umbrella, and a wagon so your trip to the beach is as smooth as sand.

The house is situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that is a 4 minute ride to the beach and a 2 minute bike ride over to the bike path.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.
