Booked in March. Received email in June about booking with verification. Was supposed to get instructions for check in day. Had to reach out and find out apartment wasn’t booked correctly? Offered a new apartment, which was a studio and super small or a hotel option. Just confused as to mistake in booking. Made to feel dismissed about my questions. Fire alarm beeped entire first night, so no sleep but it was taken care of the next day.Location was great and apartment was clean, if I stayed in the place I actual booked, it would’ve been a much better stay.
