Hummingbird Hideaway sleeps 15 in a gated mountain community above Fairview, Utah. Winter access (generally December through April, depending on weather and road conditions): the road to the cabin is limited to tracked vehicles. Park at the community winter lot. If you don't have your own tracked vehicle, I rent a tracked Polaris Ranger under a separate rental agreement between you and me, not through Vrbo. Ranger use is limited to the cabin and the community parking lot. Message me before booking a winter stay and I'll share the details.
Also good to know: pets are welcome (pet fee applies), and the cabin has a washer and dryer, AC, a kayak, a hammock, life-size yard games and sleds for winter.
