Great hotel.

Great hotel in a nice location for restaurants, coffee and shopping nearby to Alliant Energy Center. The only small complaint would be the pillows they are small square ones that weren’t great. However everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend and in fact our next trip to Kentucky we searched out the same brand hotel.

I have stayed here many times in the past and it has always been a good experience until this time. There was a new girl at the front desk that has nearly zero costumer service skills. I got all unpacked in my room and when I turned on the tv it would not work so I called the front desk and she said she would give me the room next to me instead so I went to get the key to transfer my stuff. When I get to the desk she then tells me I need to get all of my stuff out of my current room first then bring the key down to get the key to the new room. She could have told me this to begin with, before I made the trip down there. So this means I have to repack suitcase and food and leave it all in the hall or tote all it back to the front desk, she states this is policy but on two of my other visits with a broken entry door hinge and a very strong perfume smell when I needed a new room this was not the policy, the staff then was very professional and did not make me the paying customer deal with all the inconveniences for their shortcomings. I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again.
