Located on the second floor of a large Victorian with two other units-it features a large kitchen with eating area, spacious bathroom with tub/shower combo and a large bedroom with queen size bed. This is a studio apparent near the waterfront area of Eureka. It is on the second story of a beautifully restored, Victorian home that has both long term tenants and short term rental guests occupying the 5 units available on the site. There is access to a beautiful, shared yard as well as hot tub room access bookable via and app during. your stay. This is a clean, quiet place perfect for working professionals and couples. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and access to a washer and dryer in the unit during your stay
