The lady checking me in was nice. The room didn't have toilet paper. The sheets had holes and the floor didn't feel clean with barefeet.

We arrived around 4:30pm or 4:45pm had to check in thru a little window on the side of the office in-between two vending machines, which was a little odd. After being check in and given key the man said we needed to wait 30 min before our room would be ready. We waited about 45 min and still was not ready so we left because we had to be in Brookings by 6pm. While waiting we observed the room before it was cleaned and the man that made the best just put a sheet over a dirty mattress cover was disgusted by that. When we arrived back at the room around 9pm it was ready for us to go in. We had a party of 4 and they only provided 3 small bath towels, and one wash cloth and a half roll of toilet paper. Was very disappointed in the whole stay for the price we paid. Will not be back to this place our next visit to Crescent City.

This place sucked. I was with 2 little kids and the heater made such a god awful noise you could hear all the way in the parking lot so it was not usable.When i told the manager about it, it was an oh well, refund and go somewhere else. At 1130 pm on spring break there was no where else to go! We were not offered extra blankets. It def was not extra cleaned for covid. There was dust on the headboard and i slept near what only could be imagined as gum on the headboard. There was stuff stuck to all the walls. All the trashes were over flowing onto the ground outside, and we had to avoid dog poop right at the bottom of the stairs! Honestly i think we would have been better sleeping in the car!

They were nowhere close to on time for check-in. I finally got checked in at 4:45 which is almost 2 hours late. Then they informed me that I have to park in another parking lot that is insecure around the corner if I plan to stay past 10 am because they are resealing their parking lot. Why didn't they just schedule the reseal after 11:00 which is check out time?
