The bedding was thread bare and pulled. The parking spaces are directly outside of the first floor room and the headlights shine into the room and you hear every car/truck when the pull in or out. Too noisy.

Rooms were great! Clean- and had a balcony. Loved how spread out the rooms were- complex made it feel more secluded. We even had assigned parking near our room. Breakfast was fantastic. Great service. Was very close to everything- but not in the hustle of downtown. We will return!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a room at the back of the complex and it was nice and quiet. The shower was small, but had really good water flow. The only downside was that it was a really small room for 3 adults. This was the third place we stayed during our trip to Estes Park and it was the smallest of the three places. Overall, it was a great stay.
