Quiet and relaxing

Good ac and walls are not too thin. Couldn't hear rowdy neighbors or if they were rowdy I wasn't aware of it bcuz I didn't notice any extra noise from neighboring rooms. 🙂‍↕️

We were excited at first driving in and seeing a dutch bros in the same parking lot. Boy were we wrong when we returned at night the parking lot was filled with homeless and addicts all eyes on us as we went to our room, never have I felt so unsafe in my life. We were running late for our event and checked into a room earlier that day. We entered our "non smoking room" that smelled of smoke I went to the front desk they had a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm he sent housekeeping to take it off and spray the room while we were gone, the a/c wasn't working we asked them to adress it while we were gone as well. We returned later on that night and it was still broken. It was hot so immediately called the front desk, the attendant at the front desk came to our room and started fidgeting with it but stil not working then a guy came and did the same it was late we just wanted to go to bed she said they didn't have another room but after about 20 minutes of them fidgeting with the air conditioner they moved us to another room and we showered and went to bed. The next morning I woke up with small bites on my arms and chest, I did a google search and it said bedbugs and where to find them well I found a large collection at the head of the bed next to the wall we immediately checked out and asked for a refund. We also had to wash and dry our clothes at a laudrymat near home and bag all our stuff before bringing it home. Pay the extra a s stay elsewhere keep your things and self safe

Not kid friendly not disability friendly

Booked as a family friendly hotel, but they were rude and told us we “better be careful” when my son non verbal autistic child was making noise upon arrival even after explaining the situation to the man at the desk. Would NOT recommend for small children or families as the noise is a problem apparently but the people’s dogs next door were all okay. 👍
