The manager was helpful after Expedia contacted them after we complained about the standard of the room we were given after two rooms were not up to standard.The first one was noisy from a outside air con dripping water when we didn’t even have air con in our room The 2nd room was musty + dusty with torn wallpaper no fridge frayed carpet in a four star hotel all rooms shld be fresh the standard rooms need updated we were given a suite which was like being in a different hotel this shld not be the case all rooms shld be off a good standard it shldnt be that you have to book the more expensive room to enjoy your stay at a hotel

Small issue when we arrived. A small leak at the window. General manager sorted in out in less than 10 minutes and moved us to a premium suite which was absolutely gorgeous

40th birthday treat

Great service, friendly staff. The conservatory end of the belleek restaurant was very hot and busy. Literally ciuldnt face desert as i was so uncomfortable with the heat. We have been charged for it anyway

We had a wonderful experience here. Beautiful setting and appearance . Everything was top notch - our room, the grounds and white table cloth gourmet breakfast. Would highly recommend and would love to come back .
