- No charge to heat the spa & only the pool or spa can be heated at a time

*The pool and yard is fenced but the rest of the yard has steep surrounding terrain.
*NO SMOKING any where on the property.
*Voices carry at night from our hilltop so please bring all conversations inside by 10:00PM.
