The staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and had comfortable beds. The area behind the property was a little junky. It just needs cleaned up. But the rooms were fine. I just think peoples business properties should be tidy.

After checking in, we left this property and checking into another nearby hotel. The place is a dump and looks nothing like the photo to the left.

When booking the room for our stay, we chose a room with a king size bed because the advertisement pictures showed a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the king size bed room, along with pictures of different angles of the jacuzzi tub itself. The room we were assigned to for our trip did not, actually, have a jacuzzi tub included in it. We asked about paying an additional amount in order to upgrade, but the front desk staff member told us that room was already in use for the weekend. With that being said, we actually did still truly enjoy our stay with the Knight's Inn of Horseheads! Our room was smaller than expected, but it was furnished with everything we needed, and it was very clean and neat. The hotel staff members were all very helpful and polite, and the nightly rates for the room were very reasonable. On the second night of our stay we attempted to heat some food in the microwave, but it was inoperable for some reason. The front desk staff member immediately brought a different microwave to our room and switched it out with the inoperable one. The hotel was secluded enough to offer a quiet, low-key outdoor environment, but it's located within a mile from one or more large shopping centers and several 2, 3, and 4-star restaurants.

housekeeping never came to make beds or change towels. the room had an odd odor to it. TV was poor. the only positive is that they had good internet service.

My daughter and I tried staying one night and I found a bed bug crawling on the pillow she was laying on,I reached out to the front desk and the lady was very disrespectful and spoke to me as if I was wrong.I wanted my money back and she did not want to give it back because I booked through Travelocity,she spoke with them and didn't tell them I didn't want the room because I didn't like it....NO It was because of the bed bugs and she tried to hide it from them,my money was returned but I will never go back there again disrespectful desk lady!!!
