Presidents’ Day Weekend in EVL

Another great weekend in Ellicotville at Steve’s house! This is our fourth year in a row renting Steve’s property and the best one yet! Everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub after hitting the slopes and the kids had a blast playing air hockey and ping pong in the basement. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and were also able to walk into town in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this great house with a tremendous host who is communicative and very helpful. Thank you, Steve!

Awesome Experience!

We booked for the weekend. Loved every second of our stay. Location is ideal, very close to the restaurants and bars. House is spacious and clean, lots to do for everyone. Host is very responsive! Overall a wonderful experience! Will definitely stay here again!

Another amazing weekend in Ellicottville

This is the third year we've stayed at Steve's place in Ellicottville, and every year it gets better! The house is amazing, and had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed gathering around the fire and playing games as well as spending time in the massive basement, playing air hockey, ping pong, pool and watching movies. The hot tub is always a hit for us after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals in the house, but the house is also only a 5 minute walk from town, which is super convenient when we wanted to grab a bite to eat or shop. The beds are all very comfortable and the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which meant our party slept wonderfully and woke up ready to hit the mountain! Steve is a wonderful host and is extremely responsive when we've had questions. There is no doubt we'll plan on returning to Steve's house for year four next year!

Great place to stay!

Steve is a great host and very communicative. His property is the perfect place to stay. We had two families. There was plenty of space, it was clean and well equipped, and even better that it was walkable to downtown. If you're not going to stay in a ski-in-ski-out, you may as well be close to all that Ellicottville has to offer downtown!

Annual girls weekend

Same group of girls have been going to Ellicottville for 25 plus years. This home is by far the best for our group. We love it and are ready to book it again for next year. Nice very accommodating owner too.

Wonderful property

Had to leave early the night before check out. I believe we left the property the way it was on arrival. My only concern was we had some additional garbage of which we tried to fit into the trash bin outside. I hope it’s not a problem. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful!

A beautiful home, excellent location! Steve is a wonderful host. The check-in was seamless and Steve checked in via text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues and the house had plenty of space and the playrooms downy stairs were perfect for kids. We loved being close to all the restaurants and stores. We plan to be back asap!

Fabulous holiday weekend in Ellicottville

Our family had another wonderful stay at Steve's house in Ellicottville! Steve is extremely communicative and the house is beautiful with large bedrooms and bathrooms and was perfect for our family. We loved spending time in the basement/game room and sharing meals in the awesome kitchen. The kids specifically loved the great hot tub! Thank you Steve! We'll hopefully be back next year!

Wonderful

Enjoyed by all! Fireplace was cozy. Hot tub, tv, Keurig and grill were appreciated and enjoyed. The bottle of wine was a nice touch! The basement was perfect for our teens - the best part was seeing them have so much fun together! Great location to town and skiing. Would stay here again!

Girls yearly get together

This home is perfect in every way. Our group has been getting together for over 20 years. This home by far is our favorite. We have rented it for 3 consecutive Fall Fests and plan to continue. Host is awesome. House is spotless and well equipped. Location is great.

Great Stay in Ellicottville

We had a great stay at this house for two families with kids. The location is fantastic, a very pretty and quiet street but short walking distance to the main strip. Lots of terrific places to eat and shop - West Rose was amazing dinner for the adults and Ellicottville Brewing has a gorgeous patio. The house itself is well equipped and super clean. Very fun basement and the house had more TVs than we knew what to do with. Steve was very responsive leading up to and during our stay.
